1. Account Access.
The client may log on to the CCB’s B2B system anywhere at
any time, and access balances in its different-location accounts,
current transactions, historical transactions, and payment records.
2. Account Transaction. The B2B system enables fund transfer within a corporate group,
same-city payment, different-location payment, and authorized account
automatic collection. The
client may use the automatic collection system to transfer funds
from the designated account of a different-location subsidiary.
The client may transfer between contract accounts, or from a
contract account to a non-contract account.
3、Treasury Management
The system enables central management of accounts. The company may limit the accounts, uses
and amounts to which an operator has access.
The system enables multi-level management. Except for the manager, the verifier,
and the account-keeper, each transaction must be conducted by at
least two or three people, and if the transaction amount exceeds
a certain limit, the transaction must be approved by a manager. The client terminal manager may limit the amount to which an
operator has access, and such limit becomes effective instantly.
The log-on password must be different from the transaction
password, and an operator will be denied access if he or she gives
wrong passwords more than a specified number of times. The manager may deny or grant access to a certain operator,
and the manager’s action becomes effective instantly.
The manager has access to national account balances, statements,
payment approval, operator management, and authorization management.
4、IC Card Management
CCB branches issue and manage IC cards. The client may obtain IC cards according
to the number of operators.
